If you think that setting up your Windows for developing mobile apps is an easy task you are wrong. It took me days to setup mine and countless hours in stackoverflow. I had to do small steps at a time, I was fixing something , then something else was missing etc… You know how it is, I am sure you’ve been there at some point. The guys in Ionic team few hours ago uploaded a nice video guide on how to install cordova and Android SDK on Windows 7/8.
